Studio North
A minimalist, typography-led digital presence created for a Scandinavian architectural firm, highlighting structural photography and project monographs.
Executive Overview
Demonstrates our approach to digital craft, editorial whitespace, and high-fidelity typography. Every screen is art-directed to let visual media breathe without clutter or gimmicky animations.
The Challenge
Creative agencies frequently over-engineer websites with jarring animations that cause browser lag, distract from actual portfolio work, and perform poorly on mobile devices.
The Instbex Solution
Implemented an architectural grid layout with subtle CSS hardware-accelerated transitions, instant routing, and 100/100 Lighthouse performance metrics.
Key Technical Features
Fully pre-rendered at build time with Next.js static exports, achieving sub-100ms Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) globally.
