Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services
Instbex provides digital agency, UI/UX design, custom web engineering, and software development services. Each engagement is formally defined via a written Statement of Work (SOW) specifying deliverables, milestones, tech stacks, and agreed fees.
2. Demonstration Concepts & Portfolio
Portfolio items labeled as “Demonstration Concepts” on https://instbex.site are architectural mockups and technical prototypes designed to demonstrate studio capabilities and code standards. They do not constitute endorsements by fictional entities.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final settlement of all agreed project invoices, full ownership of custom source code, designs, and digital assets specifically commissioned for the client transfers to the client, unless explicitly reserved as open-source libraries or third-party dependencies.
4. Payment Terms & Milestones
Engagements typically operate on structured milestones (e.g. initial deposit, design sign-off, functional beta, and final deployment). Invoices are due within the terms specified in your contract.
5. Warranties & Technical Support
We provide an agreed post-launch warranty period (typically 30 days) following deployment to resolve bugs or defects discovered within the agreed specification at no additional charge. Ongoing feature development and routine updates are covered under separate maintenance agreements.
